I read this blog entirely too often, mainly because I am dork and like sports. Anyway, interesting post about cereal and how you can tell a lot about people by the cereal they would put in their “Top 5”. It’s probably pretty true.
My “Top 5”
1) Life
2) Frosted Mini Wheats
3) Raisin Bran
4) Honey Nut Cheerios or Apple Jacks
5) Rice Krispies
Most of these you can get in a store-brand...that seems about right.
Just found it interesting - feel free to move along, nothing to see here except a cheap shot at Rick and his favorite cereal:

1. Rice Krispies
2. Cheerios
3. Cinnamon Life
4. Life
5. Cookie Crisp
Except I always end up eating Cookie Crisp out of the box watching SportsCenter.

4.Frosted mini wheats
5.Honeycombs
Not sure what it says about me except I love honey and frost :)

-Chex/Crispix (cause they taste almost the same)
-Lucky Charms
-Peanut Butter Crunch
-Cheerios
If the list could go to 6 & 7, I'd add Kashi & Frosted Mini Wheats. After that, it's just a big jumble of stuff I like all about the same.
When I was a kid, I didn't care. I picked out the cereal with the best prize inside. Has anyone else besides me noticed they don't do good prizes anymore? Hell, I remember getting actual digital watches from Honeycomb, and imitation transformers from another one. Alex's last box of cereal had a cardboard rocket you had to cut out from the box.
Well, in reply to myself, I found this kickass page - full of a whole bunch of the cereal prizes from when I was a kid. Remember those imitation transformers I mentioned, take a look at item 9 in group 2. (I think that shuttle must have been either the transformer they made the most of, or the least fragile, because I remember having like half a dozen of them. There was a cool looking flying saucer that I only ever got once, and it broke after a week.) And look at the last item of goup 16 for that watch - apparently I thought it was a lot cooler than this guy did.
Also, check out item 19 in group 5, not for the item itself, but for the mention of the best video game ever. It's the reason why whenever I hear the Olympics theme now, I think, "Epyx National Anthem."

Frosted Flakes
Fruity Pebbles
Peanut Butter Crunch
Apple Jacks
I like to eat all the non-marshmallow lucky charms first, and then eat all the remaning ones by color. There was a time when I was having Rice Krispies probably 300 mornings a year, so they are dead to me.
