This summer we'll be doing work on the house we're buying, moving, and planning our wedding. We're driving across the country, we want to go to the beach, and of course there's Pub Crawl VI (date TBD). But this is currently number one on my list of things to do this summer.
Posted by Roy at April 2, 2007 04:49 PMI will happily host this in SF, being a central location and all.
1000 cups/2 sides = 500 cups per, that's 250 cups per player assuming a two-man team. If we put one ounce in every cup, that's 250 ounces of Bud Light, so, figure just over 20 cans of beer (or just over, say, 14 real beers).
Not that we haven't drank that much before, but jesus. Maybe we can do teams of three, with each player shooting two turns and sitting out one. That brings the per-capita beer ingestion down to roughly 166 ounces, or just under 14 Bud Lights (around 10 real beers).
Figure cardboard is free, tables can be begged/borrowed/found on Craigslist, about $80 for cups, and about $100 on beer (four thirty packs). That makes a legendary night of idiocy for under $200. Divide that by six players, and shoot son, I say this is a go.

Posted by: Chad at April 5, 2007 12:29 PMIf we played that before the pub crawl we'd all be doing the crawl by being pushed around in a wheelchair.
