I haven't posted in a while because aside from my dissertation and other projects I've been preparing job applications. Here are the 9 places I'm applying to (with more to come):

I'm also currently pondering Texas and Texas A&M. Right now, Arizona State looks like the best place, but I have little to no chance of getting it. Your thoughts?

UC-Davis: Who?
UVA: In the middle of nowhere. Only an hour away from Lynchburg, which still makes it 4 hours from anywhere.
FSU: Located near the Panhandle aka the Redneck Riviera. Bonus for free shoes and God complex.
BC: It's gonna be wicked cold. Go Sawx!
UW-Madison: You though Boston was cold. Cheeeeeese! Go Pack!
ASU: Brought you Barry Bonds and Jake Plummer. Time to hit the juice, the bong and grow a groovy 70's mustache.
USF: The number of hurricanes seems to be trending upward. On the plus side, their offensive playbook in NCAA '06 is awesome. Enjoy your early bird special. Get fitted for dentures now.
