Okay, so I still get the kickball e-mails. I've just been too lazy to opt out. Usually, I just delete them without reading them, but the subject of this latest one caught my eye - "NO Drinking." What's the point of playing kickball if there's no drinking. That's even worse than playing softball without drinking. And then the follow up e-mail. No smoking, either? What's that all about?
Anyway, with everyone living in different places, now, do any of you still even play kickball?

It looks like someone called the cops last week, so some cops came to make sure we weren't drinking. It sucked cause that's when we played Suck Less, which comprises of a lot of our friends (Gluckzilla and the Fleeing Villagers split last year to form two different teams, and that's the other team that got Gluck et al), so we had a couple of 30 packs and a grill that we had to quickly pack away. It was kind of funny though, because when the cop walked by me, he did a double-take and asked me if I'd been drinking. Apparently he could smell the alcohol on my breath.
Anywho, kickball's fun. The division is maxed out this year, 16 teams with about 20 people each. It might be getting a little too big, so I may play in Baltimore next year because it's closer. But who knows.
