What is the context of this picture? How drunk? Whose tampon?

Friday night I got back into town - we were in Max's at Fells Point, not all that drunk, my tampon, very funny, captured on my cell phone. Also enjoyed that evening were the glowsticks handed out by a lady passing out "Hypnotiqs". Very good drinks...maybe too good.

For the record, I had 10 beers while we were out. Sadly, though, not that drunk. I believe it is Michelle's hat and her tampon as well. Thank God we got those glowsticks later - they were much more fun to play with.
