A wise man once told the story:
Many Christmases ago, I went to buy a doll for my son. I reached for the last one they had - but so did another man. As I rained blows upon him, I realized there had to be another way!
And thus Festivus was born! Alas, I am at work today but hopefully will not need to be in tomorrow, so I will be celebrating Festivus tonight.

"Kruger, you couldn't smooth a silk sheet if you had a hot date with a babe.....I lost my train of thought."
Feats of strength should only be attempted after alcohol is consumed.

I am so hungover.

Here is a guide to festivus, which includes greeting cards & feats of strength challenge card.
Here is an article on the origins of Festivus, which seems to date back to the mid 60's.
Happy New Year, have a misfortune cookie. My personal favorite: Godzilla will take home the Oscar for best actor, fortunately, he will crush thousands of Hollywood phonies in the process.
"Stop crying, and fight your father!"
