Chad, John and I are doing a Bowl Pick'em for the College Football Bowl season. Against the spread for all 27 games. We are off to a rousing 0-1 start. Anyway, we need some ideas about how to reward the winner / punish the loser(s). Any thoughts? We need some creativity, 'cause we certainly don't have any.

It seems that everybody wins in your scenarios, John. Where's the punishment for losing? Where's the embarassment? Where's the ensured hilarity of the resultant digital photography?
