Ok Pat, when did you find time to drive to Vermont?

haha This is more of a Rick story, except the cop didn't take him to a Holiday Inn after destroying a front axle and doing circles in a WalMart parking lot.

4 times over the legal limit. Never been to Vermont, but I imagine that is .32+. Wow.

"This guy was hilarious," McCollin said. "And he was very cooperative and polite, unlike your average drunk driver."

I imagine that those of you who have been pulled over while you were drunk were very cooperative and polite. It should be noted that Chad has not been one of these people.

Yeah, but being cooperative and polite is not in your best interests- it just makes it easier for the police. Once you take a breathalyzer, if you were over the limit, you're done. If you refuse to take it, they don't have good evidence against you. I know two people who have refused the breathalyzer, one who was obviously piss drunk, and another who was probably legal, but possibly right near the limit. They both got their licenses revoked for a time, but no criminal conviction. Not even PBJ for the guy that got pulled over in D.C.
