DMX has been arrested for, allegedly, impersonating a federal officer and attempting to commandeer a vehicle at JFK because he didn't have a ride back from the airport. I'm pretty sure it's not even legal for real federal officers to commandeer vehicles - that's a movie convention - let alone tiny rappers with gruff voices.
So, just how big on the idiot scale is this - a high profile celeb attempting to steal a car directly from the owner. Is this bigger than, say, going to a mountain resort and banging the desk clerk?
