Primus Sucks

They cancelled six months ago, but the bastards are coming back. March 13th in DC - I'll be there, and you all should be too. Even if you prefer the "urban jamz" or, on the other end of the spectrum, Jimmy Buffett, you have to come to this concert. It isn't only incredible musicianship, it isn't just humor - it's a singular freaking event. You have to come. Les Claypool is regularly acknowleged as the best bass player alive, Ler LaLonde is an amazing jazz-rock guitarist, and Tim "Herb" Alexander is back on drums - glorious.

I recommend you get a copy of "Sailing the Seas of Cheese" if you are uninitiated in Primus...it is one of their better (they're all great) records, and they close the show by playing it in it's entirety.

Seriously, don't miss this show. They may never be back.
